Prototypes

For new designs, the time  to the market is rather important. Therefore, we offerour "Rapid Prototyping" process for your first samples & approval. If available, please always provide your STP files or any graphic design file like SolidWorks, Autocad, Pro-E... For existing productions, we also would like to ask you for functional sample.

Rapid Prototyping for metal works:

• By laser cutting- 1 to 2 weeks
• By CNC milling & turning- 2 to 3 weeks
• By NTC punching- 2 to 3 weeks

Rapid Prototyping for plastic works:

• By laser cutting- 1 to 2 weeks
• By CNC milling & turning- 2 to 3 weeks
• By NTC punching- 2 to 3 weeks

Rapid Prototyping for plastic works:

• By Stereo Lithography- 1 to 2 weeks
• Tolerance +/- 0.05mm
• Max sample size 350x350x400mm
• By Laser Sintering- 1 to 2 weeks
• Tolerance +/- 0.1mm
• Max sample size 380x330x450mm
• By vacuum moulding- 2 to 3 weeks
• By CNC milling/turning- 2 to 3 weeks

Pre-series

Needs to be made on the final production line for customer's approval. Original moulds if needed are produced first (plastic injection, punching, extruding, die casting, forging). Together with the pre-series, you will receive the drawings & quality report to sign for approval.
